Ummmm, I live by myself and my apartment looks like that. Well, maybe substitute the toys for other things...
I picked up the legos, tinker toys, and hotwheels last night and did a load of laundry consisting of everything thrown about the first floor, did two loads of dishes, and took out two bags of garbage. Oh and wiped down the kitchen table and vacuumed under Henry's spot at the table. It was so nice this morning I didn't want to leave and go to work.
WOW!! Your house looks eerily similar to mine, except cleaner.

It's mostly toys--I don't think that counts. Mom
I guess I should do a close up of the carpet then, it was gross gross gross. But I vacuumed this weekend. That is not a beer bong, its a fish tank cleaning devide.
