Henry's ortho appointment was fine. It turns out he is extremely hyper flexible and is at a greater risk for sports injuries. For now he can do any sport he wants, but when he's older and sports like soccer have more contact he'll need to stick to running and swimming sports and not contact sports and never ever ever play football. That's okay by me.
Woot Woot! Our small town is FINALLY getting a Mexican restaurant. I see Latino men walking over the interstate bridge ALL THE TIME and yet we have 2 pizza places and 2 truck stops. When Bob's sister and brother-in-law thought of buying a restaurant here 5 years ago we suggested a Mexican restaurant. I hope it's decent food.
Quinn is 6 weeks old today. He's starting to get a bit of an eating and sleeping schedule and his night sleep is consolidating. I'm doing my best to help him have good sleep habits right now, hoping to avoid the hell that was Henry's sleep from age 4 months to 18 months. No Cry Sleep Solution and Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child both pretty much say the same things about how to encourage good sleep at this age so I'm puuting Quinn down drowsy but awake once or twice a day.
Quinn has been smiling since he was born, but they have not lasted long enough to get a photo until now.

Is the closed KFC the location for the new Mexican restaurant? It will be nice to have another spot where I can treat my daughter to lunch. You'll have to join us sometime.

@Julia: we drive in to Bloomington or Champaign to eat quite often. I also went to Mi Bonita? on WAY north Vermillion in Danville once a month.
